Return Policy: Items you purchase from Hastrich Designs are custom made for YOU. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read the item description or measurements. If you still are unsure about sizing, PLEASE reach out to me. If there was an error with your order that was my fault (I am human and do make mistakes) I will correct that and send a new item. In the circumstance that something needs exchange, we are happy to help if we have made some type of mistake. If you received the wrong size or is the wrong color and we made the mistake, we will be happy to exchange the order if you contacted us within 48 hours of receiving your order in the mail. The item must be un-worn, un-washed and free of smells. Cancelations are not accepted.
Will my order come with the props shown in the photo? Any items that are used as props in the photo do NOT come with your order unless otherwise stated in the details of the listing. Tutus, headbands etc are just props to give you an idea of how to style your item. They do NOT come with your purchase.
What is the warranty on our custom Wrangler Bullet Handles? WARRANTY: 60 days from delivery warrants against cracking, peeling, or excessive fading due to normal climatic exposure. Damage to the finish caused by abuse such as scratches, rough handling, installation, or vandalism is not covered by this warranty including road hazard such as rock chips or corrosion.
Shipping, Processing Times and USPS: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN ORDERING!! Once an order is processed, we cannot make address changes. You will need to contact the shipping carrier, USPS, to have your package re-routed to the correct address
Items that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
If a package is undeliverable or returned to us and you want it resent, we will have to bill for shipping again- as the error is not on our end. We are NOT responsible for any delays with the US Postal Service shipping. Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items - contact USPS.
